i picked up an 08 600rr last summer with frame damage.....
then i got to work stripping everything down and swapping out the frame...
then got to put her all back together and replace the few plastics signals and mis pieces that were missing...but before i could finish...a large brown turd colored truck stopped by with a few parts.....
then finally finished and got her ready to ***
then i decided...i want to track this thing....so that then began...had some fun with a few spray cans....and painted the race plastics black....then hit the track....then i ended up in the air fence at turn two at black hawk farms raceway
trashed the upper, bent one fork, snapped the other, broke the air duct and cluster mount...but made it to daytona last year and this year (CCS & AMA)....then got home and a friend of mine opening a paint shop (Creative Custom Airbrush) made a sponsorship offer i couldn't refuse, and now the bike looks AMAZING!!! I am extremely happy with the turn out!!!
also had Scotty Ryan over at TSE work his magic on my suspension!!! rebuilt/re-sprung/20mmed forks and Penski triple clicker shock!!! spent a little bit of time at daytona tuning it in and feels great!!
